EyeStride is a small startup based in San Francisco that is focused on creating a better way for people to share experiences. EyeStride was founded by two individuals; one an entrepreneur straight out of college and the other a seasoned veteran of Silicon Valley.
EyeStride's Idea
When we first started we looked at the exciting world of online maps and saw a big gap between satellite imagery and the experience of exploring a location at street level. After some debate we decided that the best way to fill this gap would be to give people tools to create and share walkthrough virtual tours using their photos and videos.
When our idea started to come together we realized that not only was this a good way to share places and create virtual environments, but also a unique way to share any social experience.
